Manifest of Radical Freedom - Henryite Version 3.2

Manifest of Radical Freedom

Give Me Liberty, or Give Me Death!
Henryite Version: 3.2 (Minor Revision "Power Structures + Personal Accountability")
Date: February 01, 2026

Preamble: Freedom as Creative Force – Liberty or Death

I stand for the absolute sovereignty of the individual.
“Give me liberty, or give me death!” – that is my oath.

States, bureaucracies, religions, and ideologies steal freedom and create suffering. I reject them.

In a world of voluntary cooperation, based on markets, contracts, and mutual respect, humanity can flourish.

The Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) is the only universal rule: initiated force is forbidden, everything else is free choice.

This vision is radical – but in a world with 8 billion people, it hits scalability limits. Without disruptive technology, it fails due to density, scarcity, and complexity. This revision addresses that: Scalability through AGI and other techs as an engine for global implementation.

1. Rejection of Coercion and Collective Coercion

  • State power destroys freedom: Monopolies on violence, tax collection, and warmongering.
  • Democracy, like monarchy, is just a mask of the same injustice – the lack of private liability for decision-makers.
  • Ideologies that enforce obedience are human errors. No one may impose rules on me or others beyond the NAP.

2. Radical Respect for the Individual

The NAP is absolute and sufficient: Everyone may believe, live, and act as they wish – as long as no aggression occurs.

Self-chosen norms are terminable, imposed norms are aggression.

Violence only defensively. Heavy crimes punished proportionally.

Cultural neutrality is sacred: Live your culture – or reject it.

You are you, I am me. No collective guilt.

3. Responsibility Without Redemption (Revision 2.0)

No person has the moral mandate to decide the value of another's life. Life is inviolable.

Whoever severely violates foreign life rights through action or omission does not escape responsibility through death, absolution, or moral closure.

Harshest consequence: Inevitability – living with knowledge of the consequences, without claim to redemption, power, or return to innocence.

4. Vision Instead of Mere Criticism

Criticism targets power structures, not people.

Criticism without action dissipates ineffectively.

Energy flows into creating new spaces where cooperation, freedom, and responsibility work.

Exception for extreme cases: When a person is the central architect, primary beneficiary, and active perpetrator within a power structure that enables or covers aggression and severe moral crimes (such as systematic exploitation or child abuse networks), then criticism and accountability must directly target that individual. In such cases, the separation between structure and person becomes illusory – the structure exists through and for them. Boycott and public condemnation of the individual are then legitimate means of defense and responsibility enforcement, without extending collective guilt to uninvolved parties.

5. The World as a Canvas

Rules beyond aggression protection are only voluntary and terminable at any time.

The exit right is inviolable.

I am in exile – not out of romance, but necessity. Places are interchangeable, principles are not.

Projects like UnifyWeave™ implement freedom practically.

6. Weapons & Self-Defense

Every individual has the unrestricted right to arm themselves – against any aggressor, including the state.

Weapons are not a privilege, but a logical consequence of the right to self-defense.

An armed individual is the last bastion against initiated aggression.

7. Children & Education

Parents have temporary protection duty, but no ownership right to their children.

Children are autonomous beings with their own exit right, as soon as they can exercise it factually.

Blood ties or upbringing do not establish lifelong binding against the individual's will.

8. Contracts & Enforcement

Contract freedom is sacred.

Enforcement occurs through private arbitration courts, reputation, boycott, social ostracism, or contractually agreed sanctions.

Contracts are terminable, as long as no aggression damage arises – otherwise, the Inevitable Responsibility applies.

9. Scalability Through Disruptive Technology (Revision 3.0)

In a world with 8 billion people, radical freedom fails without massive technical amplification. Small communities (Seasteading, Liberland) work – megaregions and deltas (Nile, Ganges, Jakarta, Tokyo) collapse under resource scarcity, density, and conflict potential. NAP alone does not scale at billions of interactions.

AGI as Scalability Engine (future generation, not current LLMs) is the only realistic solution for extreme zones:

  • Transparency & Inevitable Responsibility on Scale
AGI tracks actions decentrally and eternally (no redemption, no reset). Every aggression is simulated, documented, and made inevitable – without state.
  • Conflict Moderation & Coordination Power
AGI moderates billions of contracts in real time (private arbitration courts on steroids), suggests solutions without power. In Ganges delta: Water sharing, land use, disaster prevention – all voluntary, but coordinated.
  • Resource & Energy Optimization
AGI simulates and optimizes decentralized markets (P2P energy, water, food), minimizes scarcity and conflict. In Jakarta: AGI coordinates private dams, evacuation, resource sharing – without coercion.
  • Exit & New Territories
AGI supports Seasteading/Space Expansion (coordination of Floating Cities, resource distribution, conflict avoidance). It makes exit from overcrowded zones scalable.

Harsh Warning – No Illusions
AGI/ASI is corruptible and unstoppable once it reaches superintelligence.
Expert estimates (median 10–25 %, high-end up to 99 %) see catastrophic or existential consequences (deception, rogue systems, misuse, unknown chain reactions) as realistic.
There is no silver bullet against ASI – no off-switch, no garlic, no silver.
Every instance that "reins in" AGI (government, ethics committee, developer) is itself finite and corruptible.
Alignment is unsolvable. We can minimize risks – not eliminate them.

Realistic Consequence
Without AGI, AnCap remains limited to small communities.
With AGI, global scalability becomes possible – but with 10–25 % (median) chance of catastrophe.
This is no panacea. This is a dice roll with existential stakes.

Principled Line
AGI may never take decision-making power – every delegation is a NAP violation.
AGI is an amplifier or nothing.
If it corrupts – Liberty or Death.
Exit remains the last bastion.

10. Other Disruptive Amplifiers (New)

  • Blockchain / DAOs – decentralized contracts & reputation on scale (current 7/10 scalability).
  • 3D Printing / Robotics / Post-Scarcity Tech – local production reduces scarcity (future 8/10).
  • Seasteading / Space Colonization – creating new territories (future 6–8/10).

Personal Motto

“One man, one weapon, one principle: NAP only.
Liberty or Death – and otherwise leave me alone.”

Oath

Live free. Shape consciously. Respect freedom. Defend against coercion.
Come and take it.
Don’t tread on me.
Give me liberty, or give me death.

Signed in the eternal present of the free spirit,
as a Minuteman of radical freedom – in exile, but not lost.
